Back in the Fiber Addiction (Settled in Maine and Work- time to break out the yarn!)

I went to a great yarn store yesterday. It's called Purl Diva in Brunswick, Maine and was absolutely awesome. It was an old house converted into a shop (whats with yarn shops in converted houses eh? There was one in Winston- Salem as well.) Anyways, Ellen (the owner) was lovely and her selection was awesome. You name it, she had it! All the biggies, and some awesome indie dyers. She even had Sweet Georgia yarn from Vancouver. While I meant to go to a number of stores (starting with Brunswick because it was the furthest out, just over half hour drive) I didn't make it to any portland shops because I spent my entire budget at Purl Diva. My haul? 
From left to right?
 Quince and Co- Tern in color Seaweed (2 skeins for socks)
Quince and Co- Tern in color Barnacle (again 2 for socks.)
Malabrigo Sock- in color Velvet Grapes. (This was my *had* to have skein. So gorgeous!) Last but not least Berroco Ultra Alpaca- color Lavender.

Then some purple nylon for the heel and toe of whatever socks I knit with the Malabrigo, and a new stitch marker to replace the one June chomped on. By the time I went to bed last night I had almost finished a new Divine Hat to replace my favorite hat, which I accidentally washed and dryed thinking it was acrylic. Oops! It was wool.  If you crochet, and like hats- the Divine Hat is a winner. I've made 7. Yes. SEVEN so far in my fiber journey. A few for a charity auction, 2 for me, and the rest for family member of my husband. It's easily crocheted in an evening, and suits everyone. I look horrible in hats, but this one works on even me.
